Position: Digital Client Performance Manager @ CMG
Scope of Work: Manage the entire lifecycle of outbound email marketing campaigns, including developing targeting strategies with the Digital Media Director, creative copywriting, overseeing design development with in-house creative team, and analyzing performance data for optimization. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines to evaluate open rates and analyze in-email content performance to assess CTRs. Deliver monthly performance reports to key stakeholders.

Position: Digital Content & Web Producer @ CMG (National & Local)
Scope of Work: Collaborated with internal marketing teams to develop and deploy inbound email marketing campaigns to newsletter subscribers across 54 radio stations nationwide, encompassing 6 different music formats and News/Talk. Campaigns included both promotional and content-based emails. Builds were based off company-wide formatted newsletter templates with little allowance for customization.
